Before This Session

Read the "Why We Build Together" page and the Universal Principles for Agentic Automation. Come prepared to show your group where your project stands, even if that is just a problem statement and a rough plan. If you are stuck on direction, come with a specific description of what is unclear. This session is the bridge between planning and building. By the end, you should have taken your first concrete build step.
