AI Executive Accelerator
Collaboration — Week 7

Building Together

Your cohort picks a problem, designs the solution, and produces a project brief. This is a working session, not a lecture.

Duration
60 min
Format
Working Session

Session Overview

Check Claude Teams access together — if anyone is blocked, get them in before moving forward
Confirm the project direction as a cohort — state it out loud, surface any reservations, and commit before moving forward
Select one project as a cohort and define the scope — what the system does, what it does not do, and what a working demo looks like in Week 9
Design the approach using the patterns from Module 6 — which pattern fits, who or what plays each role, where the human stays in the loop
Delegate roles across the cohort — scope owner, architect, builder, tester, presenter — and agree on how the group will coordinate between sessions
Open Claude Teams and start the project brief together — by the end of the session you have a working document, not just a plan

Before This Session

Complete the Module 6 homework: sharpen your problem statement to one specific, solvable problem and sketch a system design. Come to this session ready to pitch your idea in sixty seconds and to hear everyone else's. The group will select one project together.
