→Check Claude Teams access together — if anyone is blocked, get them in before moving forward
→Confirm the project direction as a cohort — state it out loud, surface any reservations, and commit before moving forward
→Select one project as a cohort and define the scope — what the system does, what it does not do, and what a working demo looks like in Week 9
→Design the approach using the patterns from Module 6 — which pattern fits, who or what plays each role, where the human stays in the loop
→Delegate roles across the cohort — scope owner, architect, builder, tester, presenter — and agree on how the group will coordinate between sessions
→Open Claude Teams and start the project brief together — by the end of the session you have a working document, not just a plan
