Getting Unstuck - Week 4

Getting Unstuck

Four patterns for conversations that stay productive over time. When things go sideways, the problem is almost never the tool. It is the structure of the conversation.

Phase 2: Modules 4-6

Phase 1 gave you the foundation: how AI works, how to give it context, and how to push back when it validates instead of challenges. Phase 2 is about fluency. The goal across these three modules is for you to become a confident, independent operator who explores actively and makes deliberate choices about how you work with AI.

Module 4 gives you structure for conversations that stay productive. Module 5 expands your view beyond Claude to the full model landscape and teaches you when to trust and when to verify. Module 6 puts it all together: using multiple models in concert to do work no single tool can do alone.

Session Overview

Share what happened when you ran the adversarial sequence and model selection experiment from Module 3
Surface the pain: who has had a conversation go sideways, lose context, or produce diminishing returns?
Learn four patterns that keep conversations productive: the Setup Frame, Iteration Loop, Branch Strategy, and Summary Checkpoint
See how participants in this cohort have already invented versions of these patterns in their own work
Practice applying one pattern to a real piece of work from your Claude Project

Before This Session

Complete the Module 3 homework: run the adversarial sequence on a real piece of work from your Project, and try a different model on one task. Come ready to share what the skeptic pass surfaced and whether the model switch changed anything.
