From alignment to implementation

Most consultants hand off a recommendation and move on. I don't.

Every engagement starts with alignment: understanding your 2026 goals, identifying where you're stuck, and focusing on problems where I can actually move the needle. No generic frameworks. No boiling the ocean.

From there, discovery. I review the metrics that matter, the decks that shaped your current strategy, and most importantly, I talk to your people. Different perspectives surface different truths.

Then we work the problem together, pressure-testing assumptions, quantifying trade-offs, building toward a recommendation you'll actually execute. And I stay through implementation, typically with a test-and-learn approach that validates before you scale.
